Kindergartners are celebrating all the things they love by creating "Heart Maps" in Art Integration.
Next week they will paint their map to demonstrate their understanding of how water is symbolized on a map.
This will create their own personal heart shaped islands.

The 5th graders demonstrated their knowledge of nonfiction text structures (pro vs con and cause and effect).



The 5th graders are working hard to prepare for the Monologue Museum.

We are proud to celebrate our EFA+ K02 teacher, Ms. Wiebelhaus, for being selected as a finalist for Teacher of the Year!
Five finalists were chosen from sixty-six nominees from across the district.
The 2023 Dr. John W. Harris Teacher of the Year will be announced on Monday, February 27th, 2023.

In P.E. Kindergarten and 1st grade are working on holding a hockey stick and striking the puck toward a target. 2nd through 5th grade are working on striking at the goal and being the goalie.

The EFA+ 5th graders are hard at work preparing their art and monologues for their Monologue Museum.
The Monologue Museum will be presented on Monday, March 6th from 6:00-7:00pm.
5th graders enjoyed some tea while learning about silversmith Paul Revere, and his famous teapot made in 1796.
